Papers to be sent to the congress should be prepared as an ABSTRACT. Researchers who want to prepare full-text papers are required to complete their studies in accordance with the writing guides in the appendix until 01.09.2025.
Important Notes:
- Abstracts should not have been previously presented or published anywhere.
- Regardless of the author’s order, an author can participate with a maximum of 2 papers.
- The evaluation process of all papers is carried out with the principle of double-blind refereeing.
- The written language of the papers is Turkish or English.
- Submitted papers must be written in Microsoft Word 2007 and above.
- Abstracts should be at least 300 and maximum 500 words and the template in below should be used.
Publication Opportunities
All papers presented at the symposium will be published in the proceedings book with an ISBN after a double-blind peer-review process.
Our event complies with the 2025 criteria of the Interuniversity Board (ÜAK) for associate professorship applications, as well as with the academic promotion and incentive regulations of the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK).
